Ramadan Nights
Ramadan has really been hard on me. I’m about 103 pounds and I’m not exactly the best example of good health at the moment. Actually the only close example I can give myself is that guy from sesame street who lives in the garbage can. That sounds kind of nice right now.
BUT! I’ve tried to turn Ramadan into a better experience by using photography and my nerdy art skills. A few days ago I went my friend Hamed’s house after iftar (iftar is an arabic word that describes the dinner where you break your fast) and he asked to see my camera. So after we got it from my house, we went walking back to his. I decided to just bust out my camera mid-walk and take some photos at night just to test my settings. We ended up taking some random photos of anything ‘creepy’. Naturally anything that appears at 11 PM automatically makes itself creepy, but I was able to find other things and make them creepy. Like randomly hiding behind cars, HAHAHA.
Now you all can see how ugly my city is :D yay!
Let me know which photo is the creepiest. Mwuahahaaa. All shots were taken with a Canon 5D and my 50 MM 1.4 lens, edited a tiny bit in photoshop because I’m a coloring freak. ADJUSTMENT LAYERS!!!!
